Some button not working

I got my button not working last week, not only one device but two.

One of them got L1 and direction button not working except down button, and the other device got circle, triangle, and square button not working.

Disassemble it and got nothing wrong physically, i tried to exchange the part within 2 controller ( the problem were different ) but still got the same problem.

I tried to reset it too, but seem the reset button not functioning correctly. when i push the button, my device indeed turned off for a while, but when i push ps button to reconnect it my ps4 it's not in yellow led, but blue led and connected to my ps4 normally even after resetting it. please help.
