You should run the cleaning cycle a few times I had an issue that there was lines and magenta wasn’t coming out the print head is just clogged

I ran the cleaning cycle several times and it didn't help. Does the printer head need to be changed?

Thanks for your response Jayeff. However, I did try this several times but it made no difference.

Re-aligning print heads doesn't solve the problem....

Try cleaning the paper transport rollers in case they are causing the paper to stick and not feed through smoothly
