you could have a clog in the tip needle where the coffee goes check that first..
unfold a paperclip and stick it in to the needle then try it again. you may need to dig a little if there is a lot in there

Thank you! I haven't been able to use my Keurig for the past couple days! My mom used fine coffee grounds and it went up and clogged the needle, but after clearing it with a toothpick it started brewing again!
