ps4 freezing when system music is turned on

I made a previous question on this because I had no idea what was causing it, after messing about by changing the theme I got it to stop showing the error code (ce-36329-3) but it still froze for a while on start up. Turns out turning off system music resolves all this..

Anybody got any clue how I could fix the system music? I've changed the hard drive and reinitialized and so on with no change.

I know the music isn't important and I'm not fussed not having it, but it's nice to have a fully working play station too.
