Key stuck in ignition/ key switch

Hello!

My key is stuck in the key switch, I had to stall the engine to get it to turn off, but now the key is stuck and I can't start the engine either... I'm thinking it could be something to do with the immobiliser as the Hi Fi etc. doesn't stay on once the engine's running. It's like it thinks the engine has been turned off when it's been turned on.

This has happened a couple of times but with a bit of jiggling its come out eventually, but it seems to be really stuck this time.

I'm in Berlin and not sure where to turn!
