Need help ID'ing possible casing differences.

Hello all, I just bought a LCD/Frame from a Sprint Note 5 to repair my Verizon one and noticed some slight variations.

One such is the what I would assume is a contact pad on the bottom half of the midframe when the glass is removed? The Sprint and VZW ones are different.

Secondly with the midframe removed and flipped over, the small SMD pads along the inner edge. The VZW has one less in the lower right corner.

What are these? Do I need to swap them or move them? I can't use the old VZW midframe as its both a different color and dented. Any info on these is very helpful.
