Phone stuck in boot loop need help

Hello I have a lg revere 3 that is in a boot loop I have messed with the service programming mode and then I restarted the phone then the phone went into a boot loop. The the number for the service programming mode is ##program them the model number of the device. Such as: ##7764726170 I have already tried taking the battery out for an hour just to be safe. Is there any download mode or any recovery mode that I do not know about on the lg revere 3, if there is please help. Is there any software that I could try to repair the boot loop?
