Why won't my picture display?

My LCD got cracked a few weeks ago but it still lit up and the touch screen worked and apps lit up the screen you just couldn't see them, took it in the guy replaced the digitizer and LCD and now the screen is just black no lighting up or anything, what could be wrong with it?
