It takes 20 minutes to heat a bagel?
We have a COOKS very cool looking retro pink toaster oven. Problem is not only cool looking but cool acting and it takes about 20 minutes to moderately heat a bagel.
Our daughter would love this to be working for her new apartment any ideas?

i'm having the same issue. black and decker model number TRO480BS
The top and bottom heating elements turn on but it still takes forever to heat any food in the toaster oven
