replace ribbon cable latch

when my galaxy started to behave abnormally, i took off the back and after prodding about discovered that one of my ribbon cable latches was missing. The cable end wa s 'floating' in its socket. Pressing this stabilised my galaxy so what I want to know is,where can I get a latch from and how can I fit it?
