Why doesn't my Samsung Tab A turn on all the way

My Samsung Tab A just went black. I've only had it for a month . Why is it doing this and how can I fix it ?? When I plug it up to charge the battery icon come up saying its charging. When I try to do turn it on, it turns on but not all the way , it gets to the part that shows SAMSUNG on the screen and turns back off

Try a factory reset you will lose all your data but you should regain use of the tablet

If this doesnt work return it as it should still be under warranty
