What is wrong,why doesn't it work.Can I get it repaired?

My bose soundlink® mini bluetooth® speaker has always worked no problem, but all of a sudden when I try to connect/pair with a device, all I get is an electric click noise and then it goes off. I've tried many times to connect but I get the same. how do I know what is wrong/broken and am I able to get it fixed or sent off to be fixed.
