keypad typing wrong alphabets

Hello. My BlackBerry Passport is going wacko. As it has started. Doing this:

When I type

'Q'. It types 'A'

'A'. It types 'Q'

'Z' it types 'W'

'W'it types 'Z'

Rest is at it's best
