battery not charging on green light all reset tried feel its board

I have a macbook pro 13inch, the macbook pro not charging only on green light, i tried several steps on resolving the issue, i tried resetting PRAM SMC nothing happen, i replace the battery with a new one still not working , i even replace the charging connector still not working. i feel the problem is from the logic board, can anyone tell me what to do on the logic board to get the macbook pro charging
