Games that dont show in the games menu

well, i downloaded a game from the browser and eventually came up to extracting it . then i got the .iso file i needed. connected my psp into my computer and then pasting the game into it. but then it cant load the game i've pasted. it ddn't even show in the games menu. what should i do ?
