Why my camera and imaging device is not working?

i already open device manager and imaging device is missing. after that someone told me maybe your usb doesnt work properly but on device manager everything is work properly except the missing of imaging device.

before that i upgrade my laptop to windows 10 after the camera not working i downgrade my asus to windows 8.

please someone can help me?
