Will not connect to internet
I can't get my printer to connect to the internet. Says that my password is invalid. HP says the problem is with Time Warner. Time Warner says it the printer. Other devices (iPad) working fine.

On a couple wireless printers, I've had to actually connect the printer to the system and install the software -- selecting wifi from the menu. Once set up, I could move it to another location.
If I recall the software downloaded updates along with and installing a firmware upgrade for the printer. I would give this a shot.

Hi,
I assuming that you cannot connect to your wireless router with the printer.
Just double checking, have you proved that you are trying to connect to the correct wireless network? Switch off your router and verify that the wireless 'network' that you wish to connect to is no longer visible from your printer.
What make and model is your router?

Try a factory reset on the printer first, if that doesn't work try resetting the router.
