Steven Van Loan we'll need some more information about your cart. A model and/or year would be a good start 36V or 48V? what have you checked? does it move in any direction or none (neither forward nor backward)? Have you checked the wiring to the controller as well as the switch?
I don't have a Golf Cart, but is there some sort of transmission? Is the brakes on? You need a key to drive it.
