iPhone 5 blocked on hearphones

hi all after replacing the power button and the screen on an iPhone 5 it always dip that is on headphones,

i've cleaned the headphone jack and also replaced but it doesn't changed

i've also putted the mother board inside another phone

nothing still the same

also restoring doesn't fixed the issue

another think that i've discovered i don'0t know if it's connected but the it don't takes the time automatically then i select automatic the fuse is loading and nothing happen

do you know this is happening and how i can fix it?
