How can I continue to the main menu when installation is unfinish

I install the update but its not finish and now its not working

What caused it not to finish ? Loss of internet connection ,battery die or did he phone just lock up?

yes lowbat then when I opened it it can't proceed to the main window just the welcome logo of acer

for me the same just welcome page with the logos and......that's all......
