MacBook Pro won't Start

I Have Macbook Pro 13 Unibody it won't start, Try to remove the memory and unplug the battery and it start again normally. But the problem was when I Shut Down it won't start again and i have to unplug the battery again and it start normally again.

Can anybody help me?
