Looking for a replacement microphone part

The replacement back I received had the wiring broken off and I managed to learn how that probably happened (spot wiring and no strain relief). I learned production soldering building radios for Allied Signal in my 40's but my technique is not up to the challenge now when I'm in my 60's. I'd like to just buy the part if anyone knows where/what to order!
