white pressure marks after LCD replacement

Block Image

A professional technician replaced the LCD screen on my macbook pro 15" mid 2009 and now there are 3 white blotches on my screen which I would like to get rid of.

I researched how to remove screen assembly and I also researched how to remove glass panel and replace LCD screen. Even though I have replaced LCD screens on phones / laptops in the past I asked a professional to do this repair - because I was between houses and didn't have a decent working space to do it.

Does anyone know:

Are the blotches pressure marks?

Have they appeared because the LCD has something behind it in these areas applying pressure?

Have they appeared because too much pressure has been applied to the glass panel when re-applying it and it has been been set too far back causing inconsistencies in pressure?

Ultimately:

If these are pressure marks can I remove them using pressure cups or heat by pulling the glass panel towards me?

(without removing the entire screen assembly, glass panel, LCD - basically doing the entire job again!)

Hopefully someone can help.

Thanks

This is just shoddy workmanship

Frankly, I would go back to the person who serviced your system and demand a refund. I suspect they won't offer you a refund and request you to leave the system so they can correct it. Then it gets into the question do you trust them.

If the servicer is Apple authorized I would contact Apple first to see what they say.
