I washed my iPhone 4S China Mobile edition in the washing machine and it the Cellular signal is very bad (Average : 1 Bar - No Service) .

Well do I have to live with it or is it fixable?

You may have to replace the cellular antenna, found here: [关联产品丢失或禁用： IF115-012] and use the guide found here: iPhone 4S Cellular Antenna Replacement. The antenna may have been damaged.
