Why can I not update my controller?
my controller works in every capacity except one. It will not update. It tells me I need to update my controller, but whenever I tell it to update, it says there is nothing connected via USB. XBOX One recognizes the USB when it is telling me I need to update it, but the second I tell it to update, XBOX cannot find it.
