How to replace battery

You don't state the model number of your Visual Land tablet, so here is a link that shows how to open a Visual Land Connect 9. Hopefully it will be of some help.

Once open you should be able to access the battery and determine how to disconnect it. In the video it shows that the battery leads are soldered to the systemboard. So you may have to also unsolder them in your tablet. Take a picture of the battery wiring connections (red/black wires) before you disconnect them from the board to make it easier for when you have to connect the new battery wires to the systemboard.

You should also be able to get some information off the battery which should help you to source a replacement. It may not show a brand or even a part number but hopefully it may show the kind of information contained in the image below.

It shows that it is a 3.7V 2500mAH battery with the dimensions of 3.5mm x 70mm x 95mm. So if you were to search online for this battery you would enter 3.7V 2500mAH 357095 into the browser search box and then select the result that suits you best.
