Why can't I make or receive calls
My phone won't receive or make calls and I have no data. It only works on wifi but the calls just don't work.

2. You're in an Optus 2G / 3G / 4G Plus coverage area. You can confirm here.
3. You've successfully made calls at your present location before (unless roaming)
4. You're not using a Home Zone device
5. You've checked for a known problem with the Optus Network in your area. You can check here.
WHILST TESTING, PLEASE...
- Switch off Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi on your device
- Monitor your device's status bar
- Use your device's native calling/phone application (Avoid using third party calling apps whilst testing)

- Yee I can text but onlybsms don't get or can't see ndvmms can't use data nd wen I try to call out it acts like it's gonna for a a cond then says call ended dose same to any one that trys to call me. It won't even ri g here .y number 6412752927 try to call it ull c its done this once before i some how fixed it then bout week ago I was on phone e talking. Nd it hung up nd started doing g it again. It's driven .e cra,y can u please help me figure out the problem
