I am not a pro nor have I had this problem with the keurig but best bet it may not actually be the keurig but I noticed at starbucks the coffee taste burnt because the factory roasted the beans a little to long. So my suggestion is try different beans or kcups to see if that is the problem. If that doesn't solve it try cleaning the inside of the keurig where the kcups go with a paper towel and see if that solves your problem.

This is my 3rd k-cup pods pakage and start taste different .. The firts two was amazing ... I have some k-cups from first pakage with same results
