How can you replace the touchpad

Hi @bob123456789op I have the guide and part to replace your screen but before you take apart the device, you should use the controller for a few days I know when I got my xbox one controller and it was brand new one to, the buttons on it were extremely stiff but after a few days they loosened up. If you still want to replace the touchscreen though feel free to cause what I posted above is just a suggestion.
