How to repair the chuck
the chuck doesnt work one handed anymore, you cant just push the bit in and it will not pop out when you pull to release it.

As Ridgid do not even offer the coupler (their term for the chuck) as a replacement part for the driver (see http://www.ereplacementparts.com/ridgid-... - the parts offered are the same regardless of which site you go to look for them on), I suggest that you contact them direct and ask them if there is a simple fix or whether it can be fixed at all.
