I have been pressing the power button but there is nothing showing on the screen. The sound can be heard but no animations. How can I fix this?

This could be a problem with the batteries. Low battery power will usually make the LCD screen too dim. If the problem exists after changing the batteries, check out our Display Replacement guide to address the problem.
