What do I do if my OnHub won't connect to the internet?
I have downloaded the app and begun the setup process. I am however unable to connect to the internet. What could be causing my problem, and how would I go about fixing it?
The first step would be to check and ensure that your Ethernet cables are properly connected to the OnHub device and your cable modem. If you are still having trouble after the cables have been properly connected, the next step will be to restart your modem. Refer to our troubleshooting page on how to properly restart your modem.
