Hi,
Check that the call forwarding setting is disabled.
Go to Menu > Phone (or Call)> Settings > Call Settings > Voice call Settings > Call Forwarding (it may be slightly different for your phone)

Phone is still answer it's self
My phone will answer without no ringtones and people can hear me at job without me know phone is on

Can you give us more detail about the situations in which this occurs? For example, does the phone not ring when you're at home connected to wifi? Does the phone not ring when you have low battery or poor cell service? Give us some more detail about when this problem occurs and we'll try to help you out!
