iPhone 5S Charging Problem

Hello,

I replaced the battery from an Iphone 5S with an new one from ebay, afterwards the loudspeaker was dead. Replaced loudspeaker and lightning port unit with a new one. Speaker is working again, but battery won't charge anymore. Little lightning symbol in the upper corner indicates battery is charging, but even after hours on cable, battery is losing power instead of charging. Installed the old dock connector unit, Iphone is charging again, but loudspeaker is dead.

Any help would be appreciated.
