Will not connect with pc
I was going to download music this way but the PC keeps saying "USB device not recognized". My phone is in the correct mode to transfer pictures and music between phone and PC but its not working. Can anyone help me out?

Have you tried a different cable and or different usb port . You may also want to check that your bluetooth is off as this has been known to cause issues. you may also want to try reinstalling the download drivers for the phone.

What kind of PC do you have? It might be the PC's problem, not your phone's. If you want to download music, you can go to http://www.youtube-mp3.org/
