network operator doesn't stay set
After every phone call I make, my network operator gets changed and it says that I'm not registered on a network. I have to turn off wifi, click on network operators, search for one and then register. I can then turn wifi and wifi calling back on and call one more call before I have to start the procedure all over. Is there anyway to fix it permanently?
What carrier are you using? Also, is your network operator set to Automatic?

Yes it is set to automatic and I use metropcs. They've reset the phone several times which takes 30+ minutes and erases all my saved voicemail.
