Ok I had my Nokia Lumia 635 for a little under 2 years now... A couple of days ago anytime i touched the power button it would ask if i wanted to slide the screen down to turn the phone off, now i can't turn the phone off or on... all it will do is vibrate and go to the nokia screen and go black over and over again. I have tried everything taking the battery out, plugging it into my charger, laptop but nothing is working... what do I do?
