Exchange LCD in LN32C350D1D with LCD in LN32A450C1D?

I have one 32' Samsung LCD TV with a cracked screen and one 32' Samsung LCD TV with a good screen.

I was just wondering if I have a 32' Samsung model number : LN32A450C1D LCD screen that works fine, is it possible to put it in my 32' Samsung model number: LN32C350D1D so that it will hook up wiring wise correctly and work? I don't care if it drops my resolution at all I just want it to work... Am I dreaming or is there a way? Expert TV Tech advice NEEDED . Thanks.
