What parts do I need to buy to replace my Z2 screen
Hi,
My Xperia Z2 screen glass is cracked and the touch doesn't work but the display/picture is fine. Do I need a digitizer + lcd replacement or just the digitizer?

Hi,
For this repair, you'll need a few things for it to be a successful repair.
You'll need an LCD + digitizer, as they are put together as one unit.
You also need a source of heat, a heat gun or heat plate will work.
You will need double sided adhesive for the front and back, it is best to get the pre cut adhesive.
After you have successfully removed the old screen, you will need to clean off the old adhesive, scrape it off, and then clean the frame with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, if you don't do this, or don't clean it well enough, the screen won't be able to grip the frame well enough and start to fall out. :-)
