connecting to wifi only limited

wifi detects wireless networks but will only connect with "limited" function. I've tried on several wireless networks n/g/b. cannot resolve it. I can be contacted at 312 507 9691 or jbarnett42@gmail.com

Has it ever worked? Have you tried a reset on your tab?
