Phone won't charge or reset

Tried the reset procedure, changed battery, still won't start or accept charge. Phone worked after battery change but when I plugged the charger in, no response. Will not reset or open.

does the phone show any signs of life has the battery completely drained is it possible you forgot to connect something charge port related hen you changed the battery
