LCD Digitizer Damage SAME Problems After Repair

Got a phone in that had been dropped and cracked the screen. Digitizer does not work at all and LCD has checker board all over. LCD also looks like I would describe a waterfall. Starting from the top and down this 'waterfall' just rolls down the screen. After replacing screen (5 new parts in total) they all are doing the same thing as the original cracked screen. This leads me to believe something definitely got jarred on the board.

I've taken the board completely off and looked at every since part under my microscope. (With the exceptions of under the shields) I can't find anything out of line. I've cleaned all connectors very well and disconnect everything I can where the screen will still come on. Nothing is working.

Any advice on what to start replacing. I'm very skilled with micro board work just not troubleshooting SMD parts that nothing is obviously wrong with.
