iPad won't turn on and iTunes doesn't recognize it.
After a LCD and Digitizer repair, the iPad doesn't seem to turn on at all.

Nothing happens when I plug it into a wall charger.
Check your battery connections. Even if your display isn't displaying. It would still buzz or actually turn on without you seeing it. Even if you can't see it
So disconnect the battery ribbon and reattach it? I've tried that. Is it a blown fuse or bad LCD?
Sounds like a damaged logic board. I don't think the LCD is the problem
