The phone always ends the call ("call failed") and it does't ring on incoming calls. I can however reply to a call I've missed. Is there a solution? Is it a factory reset?

Hi,
On incoming calls, have you checked that phone is not in silent mode?
On outgoing calls are you calling from a contacts list or by dialing the number?
