Can't locate the water leak source in Detergent Dispensor

Leaking water on "Fill Up Only" The water flows into the Detergent Dispensor buts it seems to be overflowing from a tube located at the top of the dispenser. I have disassembled the whole unit and cleaned it throughly, cleaned and inspected all hoses. I replaced the "Water Inlet Valve" that did not fix it. Other than replacing the Whole Dispensor does anyone have any suggestions?
