With a bit more info we might be able to help. What model is it? Does it turn On (i.e. can you hear any notification sounds, see lights etc.)? If it does turn on have you tried connecting it to a pc with a USB? Is there a screen lock applied to the Tab and if so what sort pin, password etc? The more info the better the chances.
