Can't remove the previous owner from the administrator and file names
I bought a used Acer Aspire v5-121 laptop, the previous owner had reset it to factory settings, but his name still comes up on files and administrative settings. It will not let me remove him from the computer, as he is still the administrator. How do I get him off and change administrator and accounts to my name?

do you have the previous admin password?
if you don't have the password you will need to format the computer to clear the old admin from the system
