Apps not working properly

when i try to open an app, dialer, browser or any app on my phone it gives me an error message "Unfortunately,(app name) has stopped" this has been goin on for days! i have factory reset my phone and still continues to do it. I lost pictures and contact information. all the apps and information i transferred to my SD card was erased. I took the SD card out before i factory reset my phone. Please help!
