when moving the right toggle, random loss of onscreen movement.

when using the right toggle, i will randomly stop moving on screen. on both controllers i have. one of them had problems of moving without me touching the controller, while the other did not. the one that didnt move without input went first and would randomly stop moving on screen when turning the toggle. the one that moved without input went a bit later and is in a more severe case of it. its about 50% of all movement with the toggle is not displayed on screen.
