When I plug in the charger it turns green for a couple seconds and then turns orange. It will not charge at all. What do I need to do to get it to charge?
Hi, Your Tab battery may have a very low charge state. Have you tried just plugging in your charger and letting it charge your Tab until the light changes from orange to green? It might take up to 3 hours. Then try turning on your Tab. If it doesn't change to green after 4 hours you may have either a faulty charging circuit or a faulty battery in your Tab.
